The street art style in a portrait like this is very neat, keeping a punk and grunge
like feel in it really gave this picture a remarkable feel to it which will make it very
memorable. From the intricate work in the tattoos to the fine detail in the lashes
and even in the hat-it is no question you have talent.

Where this picture seems to be odd however is a few proportional errors; looking
to the side of his face, right beneath the eye furthest from the viewer-it comes out
to a point so much, indents greatly, then comes out again-giving the appearance he has a dent in his face. Which I don't think you want; I can tell what you were
attempting but it is far too exaggerated to be 'normal'. The other part that seems odd is his lips seem a tad too small and/or dainty for his face. Even in the style you have it comes off as a bit odd.

Other than that I believe this picture is very solid and impressive. The shading, highlighting, and over all job is quite remarkable. Keep up the good work!
